My story begins in in Upstate New York with the love of food and family from my Italian heritage. I moved to the south in 1999 to pursue my engineering degree in the racing world in Charlotte, North Carolina. I have always had the passion to build and create and wanted to shift into the pastry arts industry. Sometimes life brings us gifts we can never imagine such as the growth of my own family. I took the hiatus of pausing my dream of baking to pursue my other love-family. Now with my children grown I am taking the opportunity to finally jump into my dream of owning a bakery.
